My wife & I went here for a late lunch. Wanted to try the "endless shrimp" they were having. After being met @ the door by a very nice young lady, she then took us to a table & said our server would be right there. Well after several employees walked by with no acknowledgement we said to each other we would give it 5-7 more minutes (this was after we sat down for 10 minutes already). So we ended up leaving!!! Since I can't give a ZERO STAR rating, I'm giving the lowest possible since we got ZERO SERVICE!!! Not even a friggin glass of water. So my recommendation is, if you want to be ignored, you want no service at all & your into wasting your time, then this is the place for you.

We eat here all the time the food and service are consistent and very good. The environment is clean and the staff pleasant. In general chain restaurants in Santa Fe are plagued by poor management and unhappy or lazy/rude workers as result they fall below the standards of the brand and many times end up closing. Red Lobster must have gotten lucky and found great management (my guess is they brought in a management from outside of Santa Fe) as they have avoided this fate for over 20 years. I highly recommend it for a quality meal.

We were there as a group of 8 to celebrate our grandsons birthday. Restaurant appeared fairly slow, yet we were told it would be a 20-30 minute wait. Waitress was not attentive and we had to wait for everything from biscuits to salad to our check! Portions were SMALL.. My Ultimate Feast was much more "famine" than "feast"! Very disappointed with the experience!

Red Lobster never disappoints, had the trio combo Salmon, Shrimp and Shrimp Alfredo. Food was great and service at bar with Tomas was great. Couldn't believe the chump's who order take out and don't tip. Watched 3 while I was there do that. Here's a tip stay at home losers.

Horrible experience, this place has hit rock bottom, visiting Santa Fe. Expected at the very worst bad service after waiting an hour to be seated. Waited 20 more minutes to get my order taken, 7 of us wore our pessimist attitude after attempting to entertain each other and see people from other tables come and go. I guess their top minimum wage in this city its starting to take effect on service. Not worth to even waste more time on this dump. Save your day... Stay away.

Wow. Friendly waiter .... I mean he was swimming against a tide to try and preserve his tip. The cooks must drive to the coast to get the fish. It was the slowest time from order to food ...49 minutes for just 3 people. NM is the land of sloooowwwwww

Do not waste your time or money going to this Red Lobster location. The food lacks taste and proper presentation (lobster guts, anyone?). Our server inattentive at best, and didn't know which fish was not available and which was available - got it all wrong. This restaurant needs to close!

The last time I went to Red Lobster I wanted to treat my beloved to lobster. Our lobster was like rubber. Last night my beloved treated me to a birthday dinner there. The shrimp are always good, so I ordered shrimp. You know how you used to get four biscuits? Two for each diner? They brought us 3 biscuits. Three? "One for each of you, and one...uh..." "For who?" "I don't know. That's what corporate ordered us to do and it's wrong, but that's what we have to do." "Can we have more biscuits please?" "Certainly!" Okay, despite corporate's obvious desire to cheat us, that turned out well. You know how you used to always get 2 sides? One starch and one vegetable? Now you get ONE side. Pick your side. Starch or vegetable. So I ordered corn-on-the-cob--and received ONE-THIRD of a cob. It was the end with a lot of dead kernels on it. A little bitty corn-on-the-cob. My plate looked pretty bare, I can tell you. The Incredible Shrinking Meal. For around 40 buckaroos. I don't care how good their shrimp and biscuits are, they've lost me. I'm not big on the atmosphere or the sauces but I love to eat at the bar. We always have martini's, 2 live Maine lobsters, and their wonderful biscuits.

I only go to Red Lobster when they have the endless shrimp. The cheese bread is the best part though! The endless shrimp was very good. The server kept up on bringing more and was very nice. Good service, good food. We didn't have to wait long for the refills on the shrimp. The new parmesan crusted shrimp was a great choice along with the grilled garlic shrimp.

Great place for my diet! 26 grams of fat in each cheese biscuit, but not to worry, 36 hours of vomiting and diarrhea caused me to lose 10 pounds.

You need a quick escape from the growing third world atmosphere that is Sante fe? Well come to Red Lobster and pretend you are somewhere else for an hour or so. The menu is familiar and the service is good.
